Illuminated

Illuminated Signs are made with translucent faces to let light from fluorescent bulbs, LED modules, or neon lighting pass through and light the sign. We can produce these signs from the ground up whether you want a cabinet type sign, or channel letters. As the sign industry transitions to illuminated signage being fully powered by LED modules, Atomic has shifted its new sign manufacturing to include LED technology. We are set up to continue servicing any neon or fluorescent type sign and fully support clients in which we’ve produced such sign types in the past.

Permanent + Outdoor

Permanent or outdoor type signs are the most common type of commercial signs we create.  The materials we use depend on the application of the sign.  We generally use an aluminum type of substrate for maximum quality and durability.  Factors used to determine which material will work better for your sign include size, mounting options, location, and whether it will be single, or double sided.  All of our signs can be produced in full color print, and have an over-laminate coating to protect the print from Ultra-Violet rays, scratches, chemicals, and even some vandalism.  Any sign project will be drawn to your specifications and can be e-mailed to you in the form of a proof prior to completion to ensure you get the look you expect.  Simply e-mail your information, any existing logos you would like to include, and other important details such as colors and dimensions, and one of our qualified designers will send you back a proof for approval.  Samples of our sign materials can be seen in our showroom in Watertown.

Temporary + Indoor

Temporary or indoor type signs can be used for many different applications. The materials we use depend on the application of the sign.  There are a number of substrates that are used for these types of cost effective advertising.  Although labeled as temporary, our “coroplast” (corrugated plastic) signs are outdoor durable for up to 2 years. This revolutionary product makes attractive signs for less than permanent outdoor signs, or interior display.

PVC plastic signs and banners also are included as temporary or indoor. Vinyl Banners are a great way to advertise temporary sales, or events, and can be made quickly to your specific needs in house at Atomic. We are also a flag retailer.

All of our signs can be produced in full color print, and have an overlaminate coating to protect the print from Ultra-Violet rays, scratches, chemicals, and even some vandalism.

Promotional

Promotional signs are used to promote yourself or your company on the job-site, or just roadside. The 3 most common types of promotional signs are sandwich board type signs, or “Signacades”, “Realty” type signs, or “political” type signs.

Signacades are a plastic framed sign that measures 2′ wide and self stands 3′ tall. These signs are lettered on both sides and work great if you’re a contractor who travels from job-site to job-site, or if your business location just needs a little more visibility roadside. These frames are constructed with a hollow shell that can be filled with sand or water to weigh them down to prevent tipping over in heavy winds.

Realty type signs are typically an 18″ x 24″ horizontal sign with a steel frame and an aluminum double sided face.  These signs work perfect for contractors who are working a job-site and are looking for some roadside advertising.  The strong steel frame can easily be pushed into the grass with the crossbar design with visibliity from both directions.  We can produce as few as 1, or as many as you need to get your name out there.

Political type signs are a more cost effective solution to roadside advertising.  We use “coroplast” (corrugated plastic) 18″ x 24″ blanks that are outdoor durable for up to 2 years. 2 different kinds of wire stake stands are used to display the signs, a standard wire stake is a more cost effective solution for multiple signs, or if you have less quantity and are looking for a more durable and sturdy stake, a premier stake is what you want.  We stock both types and can be seen in our showroom in Watertown.  Quantities can be produced from 1 to hundreds depending on your needs, and price breaks do apply depending on quantity.  We create many of these signs for contractors who have multiple jobs in progress, and also businesses looking to create more visibility.
